Lindsay McIver, the Compliance Manager, is responsible for facilitating and ensuring Occupational Health & Safety and Quality Assurance compliance in accordance with local, state and federal legislation together with Height Safety Training requirements.

Having been involved in the industrial rope access industry for the past decade, Lindsay has a background as Director of Australia’s first NATA (National Association of Testing Authorities) endorsed Industrial Rope Access Company based in Victoria and an OHS & Quality Assurance Manager & Height Safety Training Facilitator for a Sydney based Height Safety Company. He also draws a wealth of experience from his military and emergency services operational and training role within Australia and overseas.

With current certification in Certificate IV in OHS, Level 2 ARAA Rope Access Technician and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Lindsay maintains a keen eye for detail to ensure our clients are provided with a height safety solution designed to guarantee compliance and safety.
