Daryl Phipson, the operations; maintenance and industrial division manager of AMG, has been involved in maintenance and industrial rope access for the past decade.

With a background in off-shore maintenance and inspection work and industrial maintenance work in and around super oil tankers worldwide; FPSO’s and FSO’s off west Africa; oil refineries and local industry in South Africa; Angola; Nigeria and Australia, Daryl brings to AMG a vision to expand the company into the industrial arena and have AMG service this industry in Australia and the Australasia region.

Daryl holds a level 3 Industrial Rope Access qualification in South Africa(IRAA- SA )and Australia (ARAA) and maintained a sizable client base in the personal insurance industry in South Africa for one of the largest insurers, Liberty Life with a qualification of Registered Financial Planner 2. Having maintained a large client base for four years in the insurance industry Daryl knows the importance of service to clients and satisfaction of a job well done.
